Important Notes
I understand that 1(one) calendar months' Email notice is required together with the relevant cancellation fee in order to terminate the Agreement. Please note this cancellation fee excludes any monthly / termly payment due and is calculated at a rate equivalent to 4 (four) classes. SMS, WhatsApp or Cellular Telephone calls will not be accepted in terms of notice.
This point applies to schools where parents are making payments.
Private Schools have between 9 and 11 lessons per term
Private lessons will be billed unless cancellation is done 24 hours prior to the class
Government Schools have between 6 and 8 lessons per term
We do not make up lessons missed due to Illness, Public holidays, School holidays, Earlier closure times or Lightning warnings

Fees: Full fee payable monthly for Nursery schools and termly for Primary schools
I hereby agree to pay Flipflop Gymnastics the full monthly fee of R330-00, in advance. As well as the Annual Registration fee of R220-00 on enrolment. This is compulsory every year. Fees are non-refundable.
A late payment fee of R150.00 will be charged for late payments.
